ALDI Solar uses satellite and fly-over imagery to determine if your home’s rooftop is suitable for the ALDI Solar
system.
If your property is suitable, a $100 refundable deposit is required to secure your system.
The ALDI Solar technical team will design the best configuration of solar panels on your rooftop. They will then produce a customised report, including predicted solar production and your average electricity consumption.
Once you complete your final payment for your system, the ALDI Solar technical team will swing into action. This is also a good time to ask your electricity provider to install a smart meter.
The ALDI Solar installers need some photographs to ensure they are well planned when they arrive at your home. The ALDI Solar portal conveniently guides you through taking photos of your electrical switchboard and surrounding area.
Installers will contact you to book in a day for the installation.
On the day, you will be without power for a short period. Do not worry, the installer will advise in advance of what impact this might have on you. Once your system is installed, the central ALDI Solar team will verify the quality of the installation and provide approval to switch your new solar and battery system on. The installers will clean up and remove all rubbish and spare materials.
